Job Opportunity: Site Manager for Garden Centre Strip-Out
Contract Duration: 3 Weeks
Start Date: November 25th
Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a short-term contract? We are working with a client who has a requirement for a dedicated Site Manager to oversee a strip-out project at a garden centre.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage all site activities to ensure efficient operations during the strip-out process.
2. Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to ensure tasks are completed safely and on schedule.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Maintain effective communication with the project team and stakeholders.
5. Monitor progress and report on any issues or delays to project management.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically in refurbishment or strip-out projects.
2. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
5. Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid) are preferred.
