Whether you're looking for short-term cover, long-term placements, or occasional supply work, we want to hear from you Your role: Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to students with SEND, including PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) and SLD (Severe Learning Disabilities). Adapt to different classrooms, school settings, and student needs with confidence and enthusiasm. Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and school leadership to ensure the best outcomes for students. Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering independence and life skills. Follow school policies, including behaviour management strategies and EHCP (Education, Health & Care Plan) objectives.
