Salary: £140 - £160 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Long-Term Teachers is seeking a dedicated Supply SEND Teacher to support schools in the Street area, providing high-quality teaching for students aged 11-19 with a range of complex needs.
This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work when it suits you while making a real impact in a specialist environment. Whether you're looking for short-term cover, long-term placements, or occasional supply work, we want to hear from you!
Your role:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to students with SEND, including PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) and SLD (Severe Learning Disabilities).
* Adapt to different classrooms, school settings, and student needs with confidence and enthusiasm.
* Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and school leadership to ensure the best outcomes for students.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering independence and life skills.
* Follow school policies, including behaviour management strategies and EHCP (Education, Health & Care Plan) objectives.
What we’re looking for:
* A Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience or strong interest in SEND education
* Adaptability and resilience to work in different schools and classrooms
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A passion for supporting young people with additional needs
