This is a supporting role, and you will be responsible for but not limited to:

3. Events coordination: Working with your team, you will support with the planning and the delivery of key events. (These events will either be In-person or Hybrid events).
4. Presentation support: You will work with and support the team and wider business in creating and editing PowerPoint presentations, which will be used in company-wide meetings, town halls, external events, roadshows, trade shows and conferences.
5. Data and measurement experience: We are looking for someone who understands data and is comfortable analysing click and open rates to see how communications and marketing campaigns can be improved and developed further.
6. Team assistant responsibilities: The Marcoms director is looking for someone to provide project and admin support; diary coordination or management experience would be an advantage, but we are looking for someone organised with excellent time management skills who can support with scheduling important meetings for the wider comms team.
