Your role: Senior Property Manager

Daily Responsibilities:
* Ensuring professional and courteous service to Landlords and Tenants, identifying opportunities to improve service levels
* Collaborating with the Head of Centre on staff interviews, inductions, training, appraisals, coaching, and development
* Leading occasional team meetings and participating in branch meetings to update management
* Handling internal and external complaints promptly and effectively
* Managing property tenancies from start to end, including inspections, safety checks, and adherence to landlord instructions
* Organizing remedial works and advising landlords on repairs
* Obtaining estimates, issuing work orders, and managing invoices
* Responding to correspondence, calls, and visits from landlords and tenants
* Processing End of Tenancy Reports and deposit charges
* Finalizing security deposit releases in compliance with scheme rules
* Maintaining up-to-date records of outstanding matters
* Reporting complaints, legal notices, or issues to management immediately
* Coordinating with letting and accounts departments
* Responding to security or service issues promptly
* Assisting with customer complaints and investigations as needed
* Charging appropriately for services rendered
* Serving notices for tenancy terminations
* Handling landlord statement queries and negotiations on renewals/extensions
* Maintaining relevant industry qualifications
