Recruitment Resourcer - Part-Time - Ashford
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to assist and support the HR team with recruitment where you will play a key role in identifying and sourcing top talent to support the growth of our firm.

The Role
* Identify and source fresh talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
* Prepare and post job adverts for new vacancies
* Review all applicants (direct, via agencies or via recruitment campaigns) with guidance
* Conduct initial phone calls to assess candidate suitability prior to 1st stage interview
* Perform general administrative duties related to recruitment
* Set up interviews and prepare paperwork
* Providing general administrative support to the HR team
* Using the firm’s integrated PeopleHR System for the effective processing, delivery and storage of information

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Good use of initiative
* Detailed and accurate in written and verbal communication
* Friendly, approachable and enthusiastic
* Professional and confident telephone manner
* Excellent people skills and ability to project a positive image for the firm
* Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is desirable but not essential
* HR Administration experience would be advantageous but not essential
* IT competency
