Job Opportunity at Securitas Position : Out of Hours Support Officer Location : PL6 5WR Pay : £13.00 per hour Shift Pattern : 4 on, 4 off (nights only) - 42 hours per week Driving Licence and Access to Vehicle Required Role Overview As an Out of Hours Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations during non-office hours. Your key responsibilities will include supporting scheduling, administration, and serving as the first point of contact for security staff. You’ll assist with queries, monitor missed bookings, absenteeism, and follow Branch Duty Manager escalation procedures to report any issues. Key Responsibilities Provide essential support to security staff and assist with queries Monitor missed bookings, check calls, and absenteeism Ensure operational excellence by following escalation procedures Uphold Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness Required Skills & Qualifications 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages Strong communication, customer service, administration, time management, and organisational skills Must have the right to work in the UK A five-year checkable employment history or documentary evidence of any periods of unemployment, self-employment, or full/part-time education during that period SIA Frontline Licence Experience in scheduling within a large shift-based organisation Self-management and strong decision-making skills Desirable Experience using Timegate (rostering system) Ability to embody and uphold our core values and deliver outstanding customer service Why Securitas?
