We are delighted to share that we are now recruiting for a Clubcard Operation Executive - Points. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end to end planning, execution and communications for all Clubcard points promotions This role would suit someone with previous experience of working with online content systems. To be the day to day operational lead for any Clubcard points promotions, including maintaining promotional tracker, setting up of promotions, completing all required technical documentations and providing direct support to Clubcard points Proposition manager Provide business support for our CEC colleagues, helping to resolve any issues or customer complaints relating to Clubcard points promotions Work across the team to support the implementation of operational improvements to increase efficiencies for the scheme where required. To produce, maintain and update How to guides, technical documentation, processes and records where required. To be the expert on the full end to end Clubcard points promotional technology systems, processes and ways of working. Understand and support the team on any Clubcard Reward and points partnerships operational requirements as needed.
