As part of the Installations and Collections team, your role will be to ensure the smooth product install and pick up from customers premises. Salary – Crica £24,000 Per Annum
Location – Wigan / Northwest region / Regular travel in company vehicle
Role Type – Full time / Permanent / 8:30-5:30 / Occasional call out rota

The Role
Working closely with the Service Centre Manager, you will load and deliver products, collect equipment, and ensure all vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards are met. This is a highly manual role, requiring the ability to lift, bend, and carry heavy items, including hospital beds and mattresses.
You will clean and decontaminate returned medical equipment, ensuring strict adherence to infection control policies and correct disposal of clinical waste.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, recording equipment movements, and reporting faults or damages. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to engage in training are essential.
This role involves physically demanding tasks, including handling soiled equipment, and requires a high level of hygiene and professionalism.
