Summary
Are you an experienced Multi-skilled engineer with an Electrical bias looking for a flexible and rewarding continental shift role? Join our prestigious contract in the heart of London, near Liverpool Street Station, and become part of a growing team supporting a diverse portfolio of buildings. As a key member of our shift team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining exacting standards of service across a variety of electrical and mechanical systems.
Hours of Work
Continental Shift - 4 nights, 4 off, 3 days, 3 nights, 6 off, 4 days - 07:00 am - 19:00 pm / 19:00 pm - 07:00 am
Key Deliverables:
* Perform fault-finding and repairs across a wide range of electrical and mechanical plant and equipment and buildings.
* Ensure all work complies with statutory requirements and safety regulations.
* Submit detailed recommendations for additional works and improvements where applicable.
* Collaborate with the teams across the portfolio to support the building’s operational needs and provide exceptional service to the client.
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven commercial experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Discipline.
* HV/LV approved (Desirable).
* Expertise in electrical and mechanical building services, including PPM schedules, SFG20, and a wide range of systems (Building Management, Lighting Control, Heating & Ventilation, Emergency Generators, UPS, HV/LV systems).
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining high operational standards.
