Position Overview: As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in Scotland and Northern Ireland. You will lead a team of sales representatives, develop strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
4. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within Electrical Manufacturing or similar.
2. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
6. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
