We are looking for skilled, experienced staff to work with children and young people across Stoke on Trent to deliver best outcomes and to keep them safe. Our small group homes are of excellent quality and we have high expectations on how we deliver the best care to our children and young people. This is a challenging role and you will need to be flexible to the needs of the service by facilitating a rolling rota, which includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays and working at short notice. You will also be required to sleep in when required and rostered to do so. We offer exceptional training opportunities to staff and a great induction plan with on-going support and supervision.
