Key Responsibilities: To contribute as a member of the school's multi-professional team, establishing good working relationships. Provide 1:1 and small group support to students across a range of subjects. Assist in delivering tailored interventions to promote positive behaviour and engagement. To support the class teacher to adapt learning materials to meet the needs of individual students, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education for all. Build trusting relationships with students to encourage academic and emotional development. Support students in overcoming barriers to learning and developing resilience. Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour. About You: Experience working with students with behavioural challenges or in alternative provisions is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with a calm and patient approach. A commitment to inclusive education and fostering student growth. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and varied learning environment.
