Essential Criteria ¿ Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths or, alternatively, be able to demonstrate at least 2 years¿ relevant experience in a similar post.¿ At least 6 months relevant clerical experience.¿ Experience of handling cash transactions including lodgements.¿ Experience in a customer facing role to include dealing with customer enquiries.¿ Experience of working with Microsoft Word and Excel.¿ Willingness to work shift patterns and additional hours when required. Desirable Criteria ¿ At least 2 years¿ experience in a customer facing role to include dealing with customer enquiries.¿ Experience of financial IT systems for sales/receipt purposes.
