Adult CMHT Band 8b
Pulse is seeking a qualified and experienced band 7/8a Clinical Psychologist to be welcomed into our client’s Adult mental health team within a private service in Norfolk. This position will be available to start ASAP for the appointed Clinical Psychologist, working full-time hours for an ongoing period until 04/06/2025.
As a Clinical Psychologist specialising in Adult Mental Health, the post holder will be crucial in promoting mental wellness and delivering evidence-based treatments to adult clients. You will conduct assessments, provide therapeutic interventions, and support individuals struggling with various mental health conditions.
To be considered for this role, you must:
1. Hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology
2. Be HCPC registered
3. Have a proven track record in adult mental health
4. Be analytical and show good attention to detail
5. Have experience in case discussion to identify suitable referrals for neuropsychological assessment.
6. Have experience in specialist neuropsychological assessment for people under the memory treatment service to inform the process of diagnosing dementia.
7. Have experience with the provision of carer support, either directly (such as the START approach) or via consultation with colleages. Etc.
