You'll play a critical role in leading the detection and resolution of incidents across the Retail Division for a world-renowned brand with a heritage of over 100 years The successful Relationship Manager will need to be confident in decision making and can effectively collaborate with various teams - any previous experience working within cyber and incident management would be a plus. Key Responsibilities: Document, audit, and improve business incident processes. Lead incident response and management, ensuring swift resolution. Engage stakeholders to review trends and address queries. Collaborate with incident teams to ensure protocols are followed. Manage retail business incidents, minimizing impact and ensuring remediation. Own the business incident management process and coordinate with IT. Maintain strong communication between IT and business units. Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement with IT. Track and analyze incidents to prevent recurring issues. Skills & Experience: Incident Management / Risk Management Proven experience working within the Cyber space Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and align priorities. Decisive and clear in providing guidance to teams. Thrives in fast-paced environments. Effectively prioritizes tasks and develops actionable plans aligned with business goals. Proactive and able to drive initiatives while keeping senior stakeholders informed. Excellent communicator across various formats, including verbal leadership and written reports.
