As our new Internal Sales Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our Internal Sales Team, tackling exciting challenges daily. From preparing customer prequalification questionnaires and crafting compelling quotations to assisting with tender responses and generating insightful reports, your role will be both varied and impactful.

About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration Support: Manage and compile reports, analyse data, and support various sales administration tasks.
Data Management: Input monetary amounts into spreadsheets or CRM systems for initial and ongoing projects.
Customer Pre-qualification: Complete PQQs by sourcing and utilising information from all Wernick Group departments and supporting documents from our intranet.
Liaison: Coordinate with departments, suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely quotations.
Reporting: Run internal and customer reports, maintain accurate records, and help achieve sales objectives by supporting general operations.
Email Management: Monitor and action shared email inboxes.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with new products, features, and Group developments.
Additional Support: Assist with any other duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong client and colleague relationship skills
Ability to handle a busy workload and remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
