For the successful Customer Service Administrator our client is offering: £24,000 per annum Monday- Thursday 8:45am-5pm and Fridays 8:45am- 4:30pm Permanent Immediate start Modern office-based facilities. The Role - Customer Service Administrator: Accepting incoming calls To provide administrative support to the CSC activities of the Service department. Liaise with customers to provide a consistently high level of customer service Raising quotes, estimates and invoices for chargeable work Responding to customer enquiries for breakdowns and servicing Liaising with Depot, ASCs and Central Service team regarding all aspects of on-call or service contracts. Day to day administration Passing calls to the controllers What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Administrator: Office-based Administration or Service Advisor experience is required - ESSENTIAL. Experience raising quotes/ invoices - PREFFERED Good written and verbal communication skills Good IT Skills- ESSENTIAL Must be able to work in a team environment.
