Provide 1st and 2nd line support for application issues via phone and email.
* Ideally you can write and execute SQL scripts to manage and manipulate data.

* Proven experience in an application support role, preferably at 1st and 2nd line levels.
* Proficiency in writing and executing SQL scripts.
* Basic understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting.
