About the Role
As a Recruitment Officer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to attract top talent. You will be instrumental in developing and refining recruitment strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. This role also includes supporting early careers programmes and enhancing the employer brand.
Recruitment Officer Responsibilities
1. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction to onboarding
2. Identifying and sourcing candidates via online platforms and professional networks
3. Partnering with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies
4. Managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
5. Overseeing selection procedures and ensuring a positive candidate experience
6. Leading onboarding initiatives to integrate new hires successfully
7. Supporting early careers programmes, including graduate and apprenticeship schemes
8. Enhancing employer branding and candidate attraction strategies
9. Providing support to the wider HR team as needed
Recruitment Officer Requirements
Essential:
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role
2. Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. High level of proficiency in IT, including HRIS, ATS, and LinkedIn sourcing
5. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work to deadlines
6. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Desirable:
1. Previous experience in a Recruitment role at Officer/Advisor level
2. Experience working in professional services
