Role: Site Manager
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £16.89 per hour
Shift: To be confirmed
37.5 hours per week
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Site Manager, who will work at our client’s prestigious site.
Duties Of Site Manager
* Ensure Quality Audits are conducted as per contractual agreement.
* Manage and motivate a team of operatives, maintaining daily contact with the on-site client to build a strong relationship.
* Monitor and manage targets set for the Site Management.
* Conduct training and induction for all staff.
* Ensure employees' wage sheets are accurate, completed, and submitted on time.
* Motivate staff where necessary.
* Address disciplinary and grievance issues as per company procedures.
* Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
* Report all accidents/incidents as per company policy and procedure.
* Provide regular feedback to management.
* Ensure sites have adequate stock levels and that monthly material orders are correct and completed on time.
* Conduct on-site periodic stock audits.
* Ensure stock orders and wages are within budgets.
* Ensure sites are adequately staffed within budget.
* Implement contingency plans to maintain accurate staffing levels within budget.
Job Role Requirements as a Site Manager
* At least two years of cleaning industry or management experience.
* Experience in managing staff, budgets, and shunting is essential.
* Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
* Clean driving licence is essential.
