Providing expert advice and guidance to managers on ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.? Managing complex casework from start to finish, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.? Supporting and coaching line managers to handle ER matters confidently.? Keeping up to date with employment law changes and best practices.? Assisting with HR policies, procedures, and documentation .? Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting on ER cases. Profile Employee Relations Advisor - What We're Looking For: ?? Proven experience in an ER-focused role - you must have experience leading on ER cases - this is essential. ??
