Channel Marketing Executive - UK & Ireland Key tasks: Support on the creation and implementation of channel marketing plans that link to commercial goals. Assist with new and existing business pitches, including some customer meetings and travel. Ownership of our "below the line" customers and the self serve tools required to grow this channel in UK and Ireland. Contributing to the scoping, creation and implementation of POS with full ownership of our POS catalogues and stock management of all items. Market intelligence ownership for the channel team, ensuring we have visibility and knowledge of our landscape of customers and competitors Management of customer events calendar including creation of assets, stand requirements and supporting brand assets. This will also require attendance to customer events to represent the company and our brands. Creation and co-ordination of training literature, product demonstration kits and store staff engagement support materials. Creation of customer support tools to facilitate best practice of our brands on our customer channels, this also includes ownership of online stockist lists across trade and retail Development of relationships with key agencies, nominated suppliers and customers. Work relations Ability to work cross functionally within the business, with strong relationships built within the channel, full marketing team plus commercial and field sales team. Externally, the ability to work with and manage and develop a number of different customer contacts across all functions of their business. Required education, experience and job-related skills Over 1 year of marketing experience Ideally educated to Degree level with business or marketing focus Strong I.T skills in powerpoint, excel and word Experience building and delivering face to face presentations Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Previous success with project management and critical paths General behavioural competencies most relevant for the job Effective communication and interpersonal skills A high level of customer service focus and ethos Confident communication style Ability to manage complexities and prioritise and successfully project manage Ability to work within a cross functional team.
