Global Account Executive Retail Active – Red Bull Team Full Time, Permanent 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday Salary: £31,000 - £33,000 per annum annual company bonus Location: Hybrid role, minimum 4 days per week in Winnersh Triangle Head Office Our Retail Active Team are looking for a Global Account Executive to join their Red Bull team This is an exciting opportunity that works with our global Red Bull operation, spanning 80 countries worldwide, with you operating as the main point of contact for our Red Bull client and worldwide agencies. You will be working to ensure that our perfect store audit programme runs smoothly, reporting back status updates and presenting data to our client, ensuring high data accuracy, sharing best practice across various teams with a collaborative training approach, reviewing auditing operations and results, and negotiating on pricing where needed. We’re looking for a strong relationship builder, with great attention to detail. You’ll be proactive and a great problem solver. Role responsibilities: Main contact between client and local markets (client and agency) – First point of contact for all questions and queries on a day-to-day basis. Preparing material and conducting weekly status meetings with client leads (Programme Manager to attend as required) Overall management and tracking of PO’s, Invoicing & providing monthly financial reports (based on FX/audit rates) to our finance team Support the annual pricing process with negotiations for budget planning with agencies Establishing agency rating/matrix to ensure right executional partners globally Working closely with markets to identify common training needs across markets and creating regional hubs to deliver collaborative training and share best practice Collection of onboarding documentation within agreed timelines for new market launches and/or new agencies Analysing and sharing system red flags/trends to agencies to improve data accuracy, capture and build action plans Spot checking data in markets based on reports provided Managing Hypercare process and low performing markets (with a Top 25 focus) Retraining, follow up with agency on any agreed measures taking place (in line with action plan) Identification of training requirements through Power BI report analysis and regular communication with local markets You will need: Fantastic relationship building skills and a positive ‘can do’ attitude Proactive problem solving skills Ability to digest and dig into data, finding out where anomalies have come from and able to find a solution Previous client facing experience Great presentation skills Confidence in negotiating with stakeholders where needed Strong Microsoft office skills We will offer you: Competitive salary annual company bonus Additional benefits including enhanced holiday, enhanced pension, enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave, TasteCard, discounts through PerkBox, life assurance, MediCash, and wellbeing tools such as free Calm subscription Fantastic career opportunities within Retail Active and the wider Advantage Smollan group Ongoing training and support to thrive in your role Retail Active are a dynamic, fast paced organisation growing quickly in a highly competitive market.
