We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to become part of our talented kitchen team at the exclusive Culloden Estate and Spa.

The successful candidate can expect to work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out of seven including weekends. Hours vary, but typical shift patterns include 8am to 4pm and 1pm to 11pm.
The salary for this full-time position is £21,294.00 per annum.

About the role
To ensure that all kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned and presented to the Hastings Standard of Cleanliness and Hygiene.
* To keep all kitchen areas clean. Typical tasks include washing dishes, pots, pans, loading and unloading the dishwasher, emptying, and cleaning bins.
* Maintaining the cleanliness of dishwashing areas including walls, fridges, and mopping floors.
* To ensure all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems are reported immediately.
* To always maintain the security of stock areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches.
* To work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
* To comply with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.
* Any other duties as required by management.

We would love you to have some similar previous experience, but this is not essential as our Kitchen Team will provide you with full training.
