The organisation has a small IT set up in terms of head count, with 2 people currently in the IT team covering IT Operations and Management plus Development. Job Function, Technical Knowledge and Skills
* Experience and/or a strong interest to support and proactively maintain the company ERP business system within a fast-moving manufacturing environment including:
* Knowledge of the EFACS ERP business solution or other leading ERP.
* Use of SQL Server including maintenance and backups.
* Creating reports for business users and management, ideally using BIRT and MS PowerBI or experience of other reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services.
* Identifying and reporting issues/improvements of the ERP.
* Be self-motivated with the ability to thrive both independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team, particularly in projects involving EFACS.
* Utilise outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex challenges within the EFACS.
* Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring you can collaborate effectively with individuals at all organisational levels.
* Possess a thorough familiarity with ERP driven manufacturing.

* Catalogue the bespoke modifications within our ERP system, creating a blueprint that will serve as the foundation for future innovation.
* Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders to understand their unique needs, translating these into effective ERP solutions.
* Create comprehensive guides and maintain records for all ERP processes, championing best practices and ensuring consistency.
* Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure all team members can leverage the ERP system to its full potential.
* Oversee system updates, patches, and new integrations, collaborating with external vendors and our IT team.
