The Job:
As a Senior Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our customer-facing teams. This role involves working within the customer service department, utilizing your communication skills to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities:
* Serving as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders
* Managing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
* Maintaining accurate records and data
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
