Permanent Office based role
Working Hours 8.30 – 5.30 Monday to Friday
Saturday working on a rota basis (May to November) paid in addition to basic salary
Commutable from Castleford, Pontefract, York, Selby, Tadcaster, Wetherby, Leeds and Garforth
Hawk 3 Talent Solution are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Accounts Assistant to join a company based in Sherburn in Elmet.
The Role
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, strong team work ethic with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the individual to meet deadlines whilst also being able to respond to daily requests from the accounts manager and procurement manager.
Main Duties
Your main duty will be to provide general overall administrative support to the Accounts manager some of which includes the below:
- Maintain Purchase Ledger
- Processing supplier payments
- Raise Sales Invoices
- Remind customers to make timely payments
