Jubilee Wardis a 16 bedded rehabilitation unit in Slough,the wardprovides discharge to assess, medical optimisation, sub-acute medical and rehabilitation care to patients across the East ofBerkshire.You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of Doctors, ANPs, Therapists,Pharmacistsand support workers to provide high quality care to patients on our ward
The successful candidate willdemonstrateexcellent team leadership skills and be committed to evidence-based practice. Collaboration with members of our multidisciplinary team and good clinical decision making. Youwill also need todemonstrate:
