Community Psychiatric Nurse/Occupational Therapist

The post is suitable for registered nurses and occupational therapists with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.

Main duties of the job
* Providing specialist assessment and treatment within the Mental Health Together Services (all ages), including a role in the memory clinic providing initial assessments, pre and post-diagnostic support, and treatment for people being diagnosed with dementia.
* Working within the community, with contacts being either clinic-based or in patients' own homes.
The post holder must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
