Title: Airport Transfers Coordinator Location: London and Heathrow Contract type: Fixed Term (May to September 2024) A fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people to be a key part of the planning, preparation and delivery of our courses. About the role Location: London and Heathrow Start: May 2025 Reports to: Oxford Operations Manager Working pattern: - May & June: Full time Monday to Friday - During delivery July and August: Thursday to Monday. Based at London Heathrow Airport at weekends. Salary: £28,500 pa pro rata This is a key role enabling summer staff to deliver a smooth student experience as part of our high performing Service Delivery department. You’ll take overall responsibility for planning and delivering smooth transfers for our students between the airport and their places of study at the beginning and end of their courses. Day to day, you will work closely with the team to make key decisions and carry out tasks. Main duties: Internal and external communications - First point of contact for staff and students who have transport queries or issues that need specific attention. Airport team Coordination - Coordinate a team of Transfer Representatives at London Heathrow Airport for weekend arrivals and departures. Transport planning - Work closely with Operations and Customer Success teams to plan student transport, including attending weekly meetings. Booking and cost management - Manage coach bookings within budget, including working with invoices. Upholding standards - Maintain a professional and respectful image of the company, ensuring the Transfer Representatives meet these standards. Record keeping - Keeping accurate records including any safeguarding/welfare issues. Assisting with other delivery duties - Attending staff training, assisting with site setup and any other duties as required within the Head Office team to support course delivery.
