Role: Food and Beverage Assistant (Bank)
Location: Hampshire Lakes, Yateley
Hours: Bank Contract working in the Bistro & Coffee Shop
Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour
Shifts: 11.00am - 14.00pm & occasional evening events

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Making sure food and drinks are served safely and to a high standard
2. Keeping the bar and dining areas clean and organised
3. Ensuring customers have a great experience every time they visit
4. Providing top-notch customer service
5. Reporting any concerns or issues as needed
6. You’ll need to be able to commute to Hampshire Lakes in Yateley
What We’re Looking For:
7. A friendly, outgoing personality
8. Good communication skills
9. Ability to work well in a team and on your own
10. Able to handle busy, fast-paced shifts
11. Strong time management and prioritisation skills
12. Great people skills and a positive attitude
13. Flexibility and willingness to adapt when needed
What You’ll Need:
14. Experience in hospitality or the service industry
15. Experience serving food and drinks
16. A track record of providing excellent customer service
17. Comfortable using EPOS systems and handling cash
18. Experience with stocking, washing up, and assisting with events
