What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Teaching Assistant to work with children across the 3 to 11 age range. The successful candidate will:
* Provide support on a one to one basis as well as with a group or in a class setting.
* Support teaching staff in resources preparation.
* Assist in creating and maintaining displays.
You must have a recognised classroom assistant qualification and equivalent experience of working in a school environment. You must also have a good understanding of the skills required to work with children and be willing to undertake further training and development.
