About the Role The Category Lead holds a pivotal role in shaping Ocado's global installation capabilities, encompassing the development and execution of the company's worldwide category strategy. This involves the strategic sourcing of qualified suppliers on an international scale, followed by the rigorous tendering and awarding of global installation contracts. Furthermore, the Category Lead is responsible for the ongoing performance and relationship management of these suppliers, ensuring that Ocado consistently achieves value for money, certainty of delivery, and resilience throughout its installation supply chain.
