Job Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with curriculum objectives.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies.
* Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings as required.
We Are Looking For an Excellent Class Teacher Who:
* Holds a UK teaching qualification, such as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ECT, PGCE, SCITT, or a Bachelor of Education (BEd), and is open to mentorship (final-year students expected to qualify this academic year will also be considered, based on experience and application).
* Has an up-to-date DBS on the Update Service (we can assist with this if necessary).
* Is professional, dedicated, and hard-working.
* Demonstrates high standards of positive behaviour management.
* Has high expectations for themselves and their students.
* Understands safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Shows enthusiasm and passion for education and learning.
* Consistently demonstrates excellent teaching practices.
* Is committed to achieving high standards and supporting student progress.
* Contributes to whole-school improvement as a team player.
