Customer Service Team Leader
Location: Wallasey + option for hybrid home working
Salary: £27,000
Contract: Full time, Permanent (35 hours per week)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:
1. Providing additional support to the Customer Service Manager through managing a team of agents.
2. Set objectives, targets, development plans, conduct appraisals and 1-2-1's.
3. Monitor productivity and performance through KPIs.
4. On-going coaching and development of customer services executives.
5. Deal with any escalated customer or client issues.
6. Ensure departmental standards are maintained setting objectives and targets.
7. Ensure we provide best in class service on each customer interaction.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Past experience in a managerial role (within contact centre, retail, hospitality or similar).
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. A proven track record of managing staff and delivering results.
