Rewards Analyst
Purpose of the role
The Reward Analyst will support the organisation in designing, implementing, and managing reward programmes to attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role involves analysing compensation and benefits data, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards, and providing insights to align rewards with business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
· Analyse salary and market data to ensure competitive pay structures.
· Conduct job evaluations and benchmark roles against market data.
· Support annual pay review processes, including budgeting and pay recommendations.
· Evaluate and monitor employee benefits programmes to ensure competitiveness.
· Research and propose changes to benefit schemes as needed.
· Handle benefit plan administration, including enrolment, renewals, and vendor relationships.
· Support the design and implementation of incentive programmes (e.g., bonus plans, recognition schemes).
· Analyse the effectiveness of current reward strategies and recommend improvements.
· Maintain and update compensation databases and HR systems.
· Generate reports on compensation trends, pay equity, and cost analysis.
· Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data findings.
· Ensure all reward programmes comply with legal requirements and internal policies.
· Support audits and documentation processes related to compensation and benefits.
· Work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to align rewards with organisational goals.
· Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding compensation and benefits.
Experience required:
· Rewards experience in fast paced role, operating to strict deadlines and handling conflicting priorities.
· Experience of using various reward and benefits platforms.
· Experience of working in the professional services sector, desirable.
· The ability to handle a heavy workload with minimal supervision.
· Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, to intermediate level, for the production of letters, spreadsheets and organisation charts.
· Good interpersonal skills – polite and helpful at all times.
· The ability to communicate with all levels of staff in a professional yet friendly manner.
· Excellent attitude and attention to detail.
· Possesses the ability to review and implement a range of incentives, rewards and benefits.
