We are seeking to appoint a Podiatry Clinical Manager to join our growing Podiatry and AHP team at the University of Salford. We are looking for an experienced HCPC registered podiatrist with a broad range of experience, across all clinical areas.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for developing the next generation of podiatrists and have experience in delivery high-quality, evidence based podiatric care and have a comprehensive knowledge of podiatric education. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and be a strong team player, dedicated to creating the best possible student experience.
We deliver a range of podiatry programmes to meet the needs of a diverse group of learners and as such our team works flexibly, including some Saturdays.
This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months. Interviews are expected to be held on Wednesday 18th December 2024, Day to day management of Salford University's Podiatry training clinic
Develop and embed clinical policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure there is a robust governance system in place.
Ensure that all clinical work is carried out to a high standard and is based on a sound evidence base.
Work alongside the podiatry team to develop a curriculum that is both contemporary, achievable and empowering for the future podiatry workforce
Support students to develop and refine clinical skills and competencies
