The Role We are seeking an organised and proactive individual, keen to learn and progress in an HR career, to provide essential administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle. This role is key to ensuring our HR processes run smoothly, while also supporting our colleagues with day-to-day HR queries. What You’ll Be Doing Manage the HR inbox alongside, ensuring queries are addressed efficiently or escalated when needed. Maintain accurate HR records for contract changes, new joiners, leavers, salary adjustments, and benefits. Assist with monthly UK payroll processing in collaboration with the HR Manager. Ensure the HR Information System (HRIS) is updated with accurate payroll data, including loans, advances, bonuses, and commissions. Run accurate and timely HR reports with clear summaries. Support new starters with onboarding, ensuring HRIS profiles are set up accurately and required documents are completed. Coordinate internal recruitment processes, managing job postings via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring hiring managers are supported. Administer fleet-related tasks such as licence checks, MOT reminders, and assisting drivers in accessing fleet information. What We’re Looking For Excellent written and verbal English skills Proven experience in customer service role with administration Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word A proactive mindset with a willingness to share ideas and improve processes Technically literate and comfortable learning new systems CIPD Level 3 qualification (achieved or in progress) would be advantageous but not essential Some Previous payroll experience is advantageous but not essential Why Join Us?
