We have an exciting opportunity within our Rotherham Mental Health Support Teams for a Band 8a Clinical Lead to support and enhance the exciting expansion of our service. We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and child-focused person to join our team.
This is a really exciting time for the team as it continues to develop, implementing ‘New Ways of Working’ and a new service model underpinned by the national initiative for transforming children and young people’s mental health.
The Clinical Lead will support our 2 team leaders. The clinical lead will have oversight of the running and delivery of the service ensuring best practice is always adhered to.
The post will support other pathways within CYPMHS, and work in partnership with the wider leadership team in CYPMHS. You will have to demonstrate an understanding of MHST’s and the wider model, enable service development and have leadership experience.
