A growing Project Management construction consultancy in central Manchester is seeking a confident Project Manager who is capable of running projects with minimal supervision from the Directors.
The Project Manager will take ownership of projects and provide pre and post contract services on healthcare, commercial, hotel, residential, and sport schemes across the North West.
This role would be suited to client-facing Project Managers who are ambitious and want to progress towards an Associate level position in the future.
Minimum Requirements:
* BSc in Project Management, or RICS accredited degree
* APC committed, or MRICS
* Confident
* Good pre-contract experience
* Ambitious
* 4 years minimum Project Manager experience
In Return:
