Job Title: Fire Contracts Manager
Location: South East of England
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
About the Role:
The Fire Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of fire safety contracts across the region. This includes ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in contract management, preferably within the fire safety industry. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of fire safety contracts across the South East of England
* Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Ensure all contractual obligations are met and exceeded
* Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, implementing changes as necessary
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in contract management, preferably within the fire safety industry
* Significant knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
