Main Purpose
* To act as a key component of both our administrative and typing teams to ensure adherence to client SLAs.
Principal Tasks and Duties
* Working closely with the rest of the administration team to ensure each of our individual investigations are proactively conducted within our SLAs.
* Offering assistance to the rest of the administration team and providing a resource overflow for the Instructions Processor and Logistics Coordinator.
* Liaising with our field agents to ensure that investigations are completed in accordance with specific case and client requirements.
* Handling incoming calls from our clients, their customers and our field agents.
* Ensuring our case management system is accurately updated.

Salary
* Competitive Salary dependent on experience.
