YOU WILL BE: Provide vital administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Manage and organise sales documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Coordinate internal communications and act as a point of contact between the sales team and other departments. Prepare and process sales reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Assist with customer queries and support the team in maintaining excellent client relationships. Maintain office supplies and manage scheduling as needed. YOU WILL HAVE: Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders. Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting a sales team or similar function. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software. A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support others.
