Job Description
* Administering financial transactions and invoices.
* Processing payments and reconciling accounts.
* Maintaining financial records in accordance with company policies.
* Preparing financial reports for management.
* Ensure all emails and documents are uploaded to claims database.
* Record all claims updates on daily spreadsheet.
* First point of contact for all claims and hold latest update information.
* Ensuring compliance with accounting and regulations.
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
* Familiarity with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
* Outstanding attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
