* Stock monitoring, rotation and ordering, to requirements to achieve sell-out and targets.

* Administrative duties will include maintaining a daily calendar, and monitoring and reporting.
* The use of Microsoft Office, along with other administrative requirements, is key to the role.
* Assisting with customer transactions.
* Responsible for maintaining a high standard of treatment hygiene within the treatment environment.
* To be flexible and always prepared to support the business needs when required.
* Support at customer and industry events when applicable.
* Experience and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience within the Beauty/Spa/retail industry as a therapist.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, delivery, excellent customer service skills and skincare product knowledge.
* Trained face and body therapist up to NVQ Level 3 /City & Guilds or equivalent.
* Advanced electrical treatment training is preferred but not essential.
* NVQ / City and Guild Level 2 with 2 years experience also considered.
* Strong retail experience.
* Confident with IT including power point/outlook/excel.
