We are currently seeking an Internal Sales Engineer based in Kempston to join one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established manufacturer who are going throw a big growth period.
Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Engineer
Manage and interpret both new and existing customer requirements.
Provide pre-sales technical expertise and product education to new and existing customers.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Calculate accurate and competitive sales quotations and prepare tenders, proposals, designs and technical documents to meet customer deadlines.
Follow up quotations.
Offer after-sales service and support.
Enter all sales orders onto Sage.
Requirements for a successful Internal Sales Engineer
Strong sales background ideally within manufacturing.
Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Sage.
HVAC knowledge useful
Tenacity, enthusiasm and determination
Outstanding communication skills both written & verbal

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm, Fridays 8:00am – 12:00pm
