We are seeking suitably qualified professionals to join our team in delivering Health and Social Care apprenticeships and diplomas at levels 2, 3, and 4.
For the Health and Social Care Trainer Coach role, we welcome applications from individuals who are occupationally competent and possess a proven track record in supporting apprenticeship standards within the sector. The successful candidate will have relevant vocational experience and an assessing qualification. However, we are prepared to provide training and qualifications to the successful applicant with significant professional experience in the sector. A willingness to progress your own career and a passion for sharing your knowledge are essential.

Main Duties of the Role:
* Facilitate an effective and quality apprenticeship learning experience to a cohort of work-based learners in all aspects of health and social care.
* Coach and train apprentices in both workshop and one-to-one sessions that support the development of new skills, knowledge, and behaviours as defined within the relevant apprenticeship standard.
* Design and implement workshop/training sessions in college or the workplace as a mandatory requirement of the off-the-job training.
* Monitor, review, and regularly assess the progress of apprentices.
