Account Manager - Beauty Industry
Location: Ascot
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
My client, a leading beauty brand, is looking for a motivated and proactive Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be tasked with driving business growth by identifying new retailers both in the UK and internationally. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of current accounts and work closely with senior team members on the day-to-day running of accounts.
The Role:
1. Identify and engage potential clients through market research and networking.
2. Develop and present business proposals to prospective clients.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
6. Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
1. Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the health and beauty industry.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders.
4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
