We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated Gas Engineer to join our Energy team. We are looking for Gas Engineers with experience in gas servicing of central heating systems. Additional experience with gas installation and repairs could also be beneficial, but is not essential. Complying with gas safety regulations and adhering to required quality and safety standards, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient, safe and high quality service to every customer, with a polite and professional attitude. Excellent time management and problem solving skills are essential along with strong communication skills and the ability to deliver information clearly. With previous experience in a similar role, you will also hold NVQ Level 2 & 3 or equivalent in gas/plumbing along with CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1. You will also be responsible for managing your own van stock and providing accurate diagnostics to ensure correct parts are ordered and works are not delayed. Please note due to the nature of this role a full and current UK driving licence is required. Furthermore, there will be a requirement to undertake out of hours duty on a rota basis for which you will receive additional pay.
