Responsibilities of Assistant Manager:

Requirements of Assistant Manager:
1. At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
2. A love for the art of pizza-making and a deep understanding of what makes a great pizza experience—from the kitchen to the table.
3. Strong organizational skills: you’ll be handling scheduling, inventory, and ensuring we’re always fully stocked and prepared. Multitasking and attention to detail are a must.
4. Customer service expertise: you know how to create an atmosphere that makes guests feel welcomed and valued. A knack for handling customer feedback and resolving issues with a smile is key.
5. You thrive in fast-paced environments, keeping calm and focused to ensure the business is running smoothly.
6. Team Player with Leadership Flair and Problem-solver.
7. Basic Financial knowledge: understanding restaurant finances, managing budgets, and maximizing profitability.
8. Flexibility and commitment.
